I went there specifically for something but the 7 items they had remaining were all a size small. Every single one of them. I then looked online and my size large wasn’t available nor was an xl. Very disappointing.

Remember folks, they no longer take return without tag on it regardless of whether or not you have receipt. Will never visit this store.

Things on the clearance rack weren't clearance and the manager had a very nasty attitude when confronted about it.

Came in a couple weeks ago and had some issues with applying for a card at another location. Petra and Olivia were able to correct the issue efficiently and send me on my way! Great customer experience

Every time I come here there is always an issue. The employees are without a doubt absolutely awful. There’s a blonde one that sounds monotone as hell and never has a smile on her face. She’s so rude. Came in today with a return and I used Zip (online card) for the purchase. She demanded a physical form of the card which I had said I didn’t have because there is no physical version. Instead of offering cash or using a different card, she told me to come back a different time. What the heck? I told her to just put it on a merchandise card and once I use it, I’m never purchasing from American Eagle again. This store needs workers with better attitudes. And your refund policy is horrid.
