Great store. Good selection. Busy and a little hectic. Some areas are messy.

I do really like these types of stores like Burlington, Gabe's, etc. They have nice clothes and a pretty good selection in the women's section. Some of the prices are a little high for a discount place. One thing that has frustrated me twice now on two different occasions is when I bought an article of clothing. I didn't notice at the time, but when I put them on for the first time, they had holes in them. I couldn't return them because the tags we taken off by then. As I have mentioned, I do like these types of stores because you can get good deals, it's just that after this happening twice with the clothes it makes me more cautious to purchase anything or to stop at these places first.

Was promised a call the next day, and still didn't get one. Itvhas been over 24 hours now. No apologies from the store manager/corporate yet.
I asked for an incident report and I was not given one! That's a red flag.
Daughter was trying on a pair of shorts and she started complaining saying she got jabbed. I took the shorts and the pin was in the shorts still. The scrape is atleast 3 in long.

In most Burlington’s in the area the introduction of the two tiered clothing racks in the men’s section is an abysmal failure! The clothes are just mashed in and in the 4 stores I’ve been in recently, they were all closed in (very tight to walk through) and in disarray. I gather this was thought of to compensate for the lack of floor space, but it leads to frustration for customers.

Went on a Friday evening somewhere around 9. They are open until 11. Walked up to the register and there were at least 5 staff behind the counter. Only one was actually checking people out and the customers at her register had a lot of stuff. One other person was counting money, another one was leaving and another employee asked a younger male to do the register. He argued with her and it took more time than it should have for him to actually start checking people out, while the line was getting longer and everyone could hear him complaining. Made his pretending to be nice when we walked up to the counter comments come off very insincere since we had just heard his thoughts very openly for the couple of minutes prior.
