My order was placed on Nov 15th and it is Nov 28th and I still didn't get my order. Called Customer Service and they told at first that they just got the item and it will be shipped tomorrow.
Then I told the customer representative to cancel my order and she told me she can't because it is was shipped by UPS. Then I asked to give me the UPS tracking number and she told me that she can't because she didn't have the UPS tracking number.
If this is the kind of store that you are willing to spend your money then I wish the best of the luck!

Was on hold for over 18 min. NEVER got to confirm an order. Was transferred to 2 reps. They had me repeat info over & over. Then two of my credit cards would not go through and these have intense fraud protection.. Finally asked to talk with a supervisor. None available. I have bought 3 heaters in past yet they have no account for me. Calling the corporate number is a joke which gets one right back to the 800 #. This company was never like this before.

From the beginning of the purchasing process until the end I could not have been given better folks to deal with. These 2 ladies( I forget their names) took absolutely superior care of me. The EdenPure website said the item I wanted(gen21) was on back order so I called these ladies to find out if they had any on stock, to which they said they had 28 of them. I asked their opinion about the one I wanted and they freely gave a rave review about it so I went ahead and ordered it. I told them that I live in Pennsylvania and my aunt would have to pick it up the next day to which they said no problem at all. I have received the Gen21 and absolutely love it and would highly recommend if you are interested to give these fine ladies a call to order. You’ll thank me later

7 months later....dead! Too expensive and low quality! Buy American!!
