Ray was extremely helpful and patient. We bought a phone and he took the time to do transfers and explain features. I had just bought a phone from the Fairlawn store. I was told by her that I had to do all the transfers myself. She was not helpful at all. That is why we came to the Stow Cricket. Ray also took the time to remove the SIM card from mine as mine has an internal SIM card. He then took additional time to make all transfers for mine. He went WAY above and beyond. We will never go back to the Fairlawn store. It will be a waste of your time and money.

They are almost never consistently open and when they are the employees are never any help. The girl who was in there was not very knowledgeable and just wanted to sell me something.
I went to the store in Cuyahoga Falls and Tom and Marshall were very helpful and knew their stuff. My phone was not loading websites and it took Tom all of 30 seconds to fix when Stow told me my phone was too old! Its not even 6 months old!!!

I have been meaning to write this for a long time--finally getting it done because I really want to give kudos to Tom at this store!! I have been a Cricket customer for many years now and have been to at least 4 different Cricket stores (all individually-owned franchises, of course) in addition to spending time online with customer service reps.
Tom has helped me with hardware issues a couple of time and is the first person I've found who not only knows his stuff and has solved my problems, but has also done it with a wonderfully kind and helpful attitude. The last time he helped me, I walked in already frustrated out of my mind with the obviously-overseas call center personnel and by the time I left, I was happy and smiling! I so hope that Tom stays there for a very long time!

Since we have gotten our plan at cricket a while ago, we have gotten nothing but good service. The people at this location respect your decisions and are very kind. And as for my personal experience, they didn't have the phone I was looking for at the time, however the employees were kind enough to point out some locations and websites that would possibly have what I was looking for. (I wasn't interested in getting a new plan, just a new phone.) I came back to their place, and very painlessly, they switched the sim card in what I thought was less that 30 seconds, and we were on our merry way.

WHY ARE YOU LOCKWD UP AND NOT ANSWERING YOUR PHONES AGAIN
