I had a terrible time with Verizon and took a friends advice and went to Cricket. I didn’t previously know much about Cricket, but stopped into the Canton Road store and got everything I needed. I left there feeling sense of relief with my new service but honestly I couldn’t have done it without the guy that worked there, Brandon. He was incredibly informative, honest and kind.. I witnessed him act the same way with the couple that came in around the same time as me too despite being busy, still managed to help the both of us and I am super grateful! We need more people with customer service like that

Ok first I wouldn't even give them one star but you have to so I can leave this horrible review. I have been a loyal customer for years I currently do have the family plan for our needs. I bought two new Dream 5G phones on and I still have the receipt Jun 15th 2022. It's now October 16th 2022. My phone will not even turn on will not work. I call Cricket customer service and was told we will send you a refurbished phone . Second I didn't buy a refurbished phone so I don't want a refurbished phone. They sent my a junkyard refurbished phone and it's the same problem.The phone won't even turn on. I feel so taken advantage of it's unreal . So they said they would not give me a new phone because it's not there policy to take care of long term customers. Am I the only customer they have ripped off? Or is this a common occurrence with this horrible company? My advice is don't do business with a horrible company as this one and I will be posting this same review on my Google account review s so hopefully I can stop the next customer from making the same mistake I did. Also I will be making a review on YouTube to give my absolute absurd experience with this company to expose the outrageous and lack of customer service that I have experienced.

Really great place. Was having some problems with a dead phone and they let me come inside and charge mine. Abid was a great guy, helped me a lot and helped me get things in order even though I never bought anything. If I need a new phone I would definitely get one from Abid, he was friendly, conversational and treated me like a person, not a sales pitch.
