I have been in the cricket store for an hour and a half, working very closely with anish. He has been very personal and helpful, answering every one of my questions. My friend is also with me, and because of his professional expertise, she has decided also to switch to cricket phone service. This has been a very wonderful enjoyable experience. He is very patient and kind and knowledgeable.

The woman that is mainly at the Salem Ohio building is beyond sweet knows how to deal with her customers efficiently and she has such a great attitude she definitely knows how to do her job and they are beyond helpful in every way possible I highly suggest going and switching your service just for the customer service here to be honest but YES the service for your phone is great keep up the hard work she deserves a lot of credit and so does hirnish I believe his name was great job you guys I miss hirnish he set up my phone and made it fun lol
