I came here for chicken noodle soup family size. This restaurant feels very home like.. I like the atmosphere here the people are nice and kind as well…

I ordered online, so it's kind of an automatic 5 stars for service and atmosphere since it's not fair to give one star for non-applicable. However, the 5 star on the food was well-deserved. BLT was so fresh. Omelet was absolutely perfect, potatoes- perfect, green beans - even better than perfect. I'm so glad I ordered tonight. I am, however, still waiting on my gift card from last year when my family order was messed up and I was promised by a manager that she'd send me one in the mail to make up for it...lol. no biggie. Great food tonight!

First time visiting this place. Excellent breakfast. It was so flavored and delicious. We all enjoyed it. French toasts with caramel apple on top... a bomb!!

Absolute worst from the moment we walked in. Bathrooms were disgusting, with no toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. Sat down on the toilet and almost fell off because the seat was so loose. Waited forever for a table to fit our party even though they were not busy. Waitress started by apologizing because they had some staff walk out, got our drink order and took 15 minutes to bring them. Ordered our food and waited 35-40 minutes for it, which was a challenge with a hungry 4 year old. Got it, and it was barely warm. Waitress was too busy in the bathroom talking on her phone. Never offered refills, had to ask another waitress for the rest of our order and refill. We were stuck here for almost 2 hours. If they were busy, we would understand, but they definitely we not. One person in our party spilled their drink, and the waitress, who was actually at our table, didn't even offer us some napkins. We are patient people and don't generally complain, but this was ridiculous. We won't be back.

Never again… was proud regular especially coming in the mornings with Burt and Nicole they are phenomenal…. That being said if you stop in for a meal with the evening crew the service is horrible and quality of food declines as well. So I try to avoid that and place an online order only to be told they can’t give me the food I ordered nor can I get a refund for it claiming so because I ordered online. Crazy to me no other options were offered. Hate to cross off one of my favorite places to frequent and the other locations are just too out of the way but kinda over it. Too many bad experiences.
