The service was wonderful as far as the manager that I spoke to over the phone. This was a delivery order and the sides and everything. Were fine, but the chicken was extremely overcooked. But the manager did take care of it and offered a solution, and we appreciate that very much

Been ordering every Tuesday for my daughter and my grandmother for the past two months straight and never had an issue until today. We placed an order for online curbside and my grandma wanted the stuffing and didn’t give her that option as one of her sides and I’ve always called in and they changed it for free no hassle no problem, it was an issue and got hung up so I decided to cancel my order.
Update: The manager Russ reached out to me and made it right. I definitely will go back again and rest. I thank you so much for taking the time out to call me back being so kind and caring. Thanks for dinner tonight.

y'all need a new cook... everything is either over cooked or undercooked... have been waiting for over an hour... only got 1/6 of our food so far...
Our server, Justin, is the only one capable of doing his job.

It's a classic breakfast all-day food menu. The food was cooked well and tasted great. It's not fancy, but it's nice.

Justin does an amazing job and is a huge asset to Bob's! Marissa was also phenomenal!
