Marc was a breath of fresh air. He was beyond helpful to me and the other customers that visited the store while I was there. It's rare these days. Couldn't recommend this location more, and if Marc is working you'll be pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail and honesty. Thank you for the seamless experience. 5 ⭐

Me my wife needed to go to cricket today we were by the Akron location so we went to that one services was horrible trying to charge us more then what is should have been he had a attitude problem so we walked out and went to the Fairlawn location we saw Brandon he was awesome he sold my
wife her phone before so now on if we need to go to cricket we will go to Fairlawn

What a great place if you're looking for a great customer service! I wish I remembered his name but I believe he works at both the Canton road store in Arlington Street store. I stopped in for him to switch over my phone which you did for free! I expect at least pick a couple bucks then of course I left my credit card in there yesterday, no idea why I even had it out and I called once I got back to work and realized I left it there and he offered to bring it to me! When do you ever get an offer like that you go to a store don't even give them $1 for what they did for you then offer to bring you your credit card that you left? Great great customer service!!

Randomly suspended my account on the day of my phone bill and had to pay an extra 15 dollars just to get it back on last month on cricket the only good this about having the 60 dollar plan is the hbo max
