The store manager and employees are SUPER SWEET. Always smiling and happy to see you. The store is always clean, bathroom too. The sandwiches are made fresh daily. The coffee is always fresh.

Saturday morning I stopped to gas up. The card reader at the pump would not read any of my 3 bank cards. I walked in to find out why. After berating another employee in front of 5 or 6 customers, this nasty bitter woman started off to me, "How should I know? What are you doing wrong? And, Maybe you should just call your bank." The employee overheard her and offered to walk out to the pump with me. After she tried 2 of my cards it finally went through. She then apologized for what was happening and confirmed it was the pump and not me or my cards causing the problem. My family and I go to this gas station almost every day. This woman is always rude, but this time she went to extremes. We will not be going back until things change for the better.

Cashier popped her drawer out and said she needed to count it and said it would be about 10 minutes. But I was going to pay with a debit card so that doesn’t factor into you drawer till. So the proper thing to do there would be to pop the drawer in, let me buy my beer and chew, then go count your drawer. But common sense isn’t common unfortunately. Employees are rude and dumb in short.

Never thought I’d have to rate a gas station, but I have to say it was nothing short of appalled by the customer service. There was an employee right outside of the store smoking a cigarette cursing very loudly at the person she was on the phone with. I went to get gas and something to drink and all I had on me was $100. She very rudely said “I don’t got change for $100” I paused and said” okay, thank you” and she said nothing, and I left.
I’m actually confused by that, how does a gas station not have change for $100? I get you can only have a certain about of money in the register not having change for $100. I’m honestly more upset about how poorly trained these people are in customer service.
