I come into this store all the time. First issue: online it states the store closes at 8pm. I get here at 7 and they are closed.
2nd issue. Come back the next day and not even a notice from the staff. I asked questions about clothing and they stayed behind the counter and didn’t even ask to assist me…. And I was leading them to the floor.
3rd issue. Mens department is looking more and more of a outlet section. Nothing is on the floor. Sizes are bare and nothing seems organized…. Like I said a outlet JC Penney.
I’m highly disappointed of where this location has been and where it is now.
Sadly I live 2 minutes away but willing to travel the next closet location. In the past I would come in and get greeted right away. Not recently. I used to have someone take me to line ups to tell me “if I like this you might love this”. Today I was ignored. And so was other customer walking in

Their clothes are overpriced garbage. The editor black dress pants hem completely came out at work on 2 different pairs. The jeans don’t stay up even when you get the right size.
They cost 98.00 & they fall down when you walk. Done with express.

I had 2 outfits in my hands, ready to buy, but after realizing that I was the only customer in the store and the salesgirl walked by me 3 times without so much as a glance, I thought.... Nope, you're not getting my money today. Shame, I'm thinking about just cutting up my credit card. I notice that only the positive reviews get a reply, so I'll anticipate being ignored again.

I called about exchanging an online item. Jillian was very helpful! She informed me that the item I needed to exchange was in stock and she would put it on hold until I arrived at the location. Once I came to make my exchange, she immediately remembered my name and promptly made the exchange. She was a very sweet and friendly girl.

I wouldn’t be more happier with the service I received from Breasia. It was her first day and she did an amazing job. Breasia deserves to be recognized.
