Good food and service. I like the old school breakfast bar you can sit at.

I decided to try this for breakfast because I've never never heard of it and wanted to try something new.
It was a little busy and the cashier or counter person got my coffee. She was very friendly.
I ordered eggs, crispy bacon , hashbrowns with sausage gravy.
The sausage gravy was cold ( she warmed it up but it was still cold ) the bacon was rubbery and my second piece of toast was burnt. The server wasn't nice at all from beginning to end. I don't know if she was having a bad day or I did something but overall not a great experience. I’m thinking bad day because of the medical boot and having to work.
I watched 3 tables get their food that I know were sat after me and when I finally saw the server with my food she stood and talked with another server for like a minute with it in her hands.
At the end of my meal the counter person asked me how everything was and I told her it wasn't the greatest. She encouraged me to tell the server and she overheard. The server was like "what's wrong?" In a very unfriendly tone and when I tried to explain it she was like "just go. Just go it's fine" and I'll be honest her nasty tone had me thinking I did something wrong.
It was a terrible terrible experience which was surprising because I looked at the reviews before deciding where to get breakfast and they were good.
I hope my experience was just a fluke.

The food was pretty good and the coffee was great. What was not great is the 30 minutes we were made to wait. After about 24 minutes and three coffee refills later we started getting annoyed and had to say something. Other than that the coffee and corn beef hash are great.

I love Jane's and so does my grandson. We go on Sundays after church. Everything on the menu is definitely home made. Tastes like my mother used to make.

I visited Jane’s today for the first time. Had Coney and Macaroni salad. The food was amazing. I ordered Macaroni Salad to go and was disappointed when I went to eat it and it was a tiny salad dressing cup and not the portion size I had for lunch
