So it was our first time there (anniversary ) let’s just say $470 later not happy at all ! It was just the 2 of us and just feel it was AVERAGE. Flemings has better steak ….the atmosphere was just ok … our service was good but we can go to other steak houses and get better food for $150 or more less then $470
Then a fancy restaurant like this they charged a $2.00 upgrade for top shelf liquor for a drink when at a place like this that’s all they should use !

Excellent dining experience all around. Service was outstandingly attentive and the food was superb. We had the lobster bisque, rack of lamb and the grouper with a side of au gratin - all were excellent. Recommend trying the Dinotini, if just for the smoking/bubbling experience.

I'm very disappointed to give this review because I had high hopes considering the location and from what I had read online, but felt like the entire experience was disappointing from the get-go. I would like to firstly point out that the staff was incredibly nice and helpful and had no issues with the service. That being said, I did call ahead and ask if I could get a seat by the window as I heard it was a decent view. However, I did not expect for this seat to be a bench seat in the furthest corner of the room that pointed directly out the window. So if you go with your significant other you're forced to sit right next to each other, have no view of anything else in the restaurant, just to stare out the window in front of you. Who ever thought that was a good idea for a table space has no idea what they're doing. It felt like a punishment to sit there, the view was awful. I had figured the table would be the worst part of the evening but, unfortunately I was wrong. I have no problem with a high bill at a more "upscale" restaurant, we love going out, but the food quality came no where near to what I've had at places I've spent significantly less at. Oysters Rockefeller is one of my favorite dishes and this was by far the worst quality I've ever had, not to mention that somehow the creamed corn I got had more flavor than both the dry aged NY strip I got and the sea bass my girlfriend ordered. This being the spot that I decided for our anniversary, I don't think I've ever been more underwhelmed by a restaurant in this caliber. I even left the "free dessert" card behind because of my disappointment. Overall, I would never recommend someone to come here if they were looking for a restaurant that's worth the money. I would suggest nearly any other restaurant; Twisted Olive, Diamond Grille, DBA, or any of the Alexander Peirce restaurants just to name a few. All cheaper and incomparable in quality.
