I had a return, easy peasy customer service is great. I love my new jacket. I had purchased it online, was too big. There were no more smaller ones in stock so I returned it...the girl at the counter tried to help and she absolutely did. She found me the jacket I needed and wanted and for $50 less. I was stoked.

The Montrose store is far better than Strongsville. It may be a little out of the way for some, but the customer service and selection is great. Rewards member is worth it.

Employees are really friendly and helpful, even when you don’t explain things very well to them. Online ordering and in store pickup is super efficient and easy.

I visited 2 weeks ago. The layout is terrible! Extremely cramped with items hard to see and get to. Poor selection of popular items that were being advertised on website. Not a fun shopping experience, and I did not want to try anything on because I was already frustrated trying to navigate the ridiculous layout.
Only giving 3 stars because the employee who did an exchange for me was super pleasant and helpful.

The young lady was very friendly that waited on me. Unfortunately her register went down when doing my return and there was a line of people to check out with only 3 registers going. Why did these places keep their help at so few? I don't blame the employees they're all doing their job!
