The food was GOOD. The service was poor the time I went I had to request another set of utensils because the previous had been extremely stained like if it hadn’t been properly clean. I took forever to come but it was the same so I just ended up requesting hot water in cup so keep an eye on that. I do feel like if I had pointed it out to the waitress she would’ve fixed but they were so busy so I didn’t want to bother. Everything else was fine though and the food was as good as it looks.

It's worth a visit for soup and salad, which are my favorites.
PROS:
ROOMY: Plenty of seating without people packed in like a dozen eggs. This includes tables, booths, and bar stools. There is also a waiting area with plenty of seating for busy times when you need to wait.
TOGO: They have a counter to pick up to go orders or to order something to take home. This is where I pick up a salad in just a matter of minutes on the go.
PARKING: There's plenty of parking, and the parking lot is well maintained.
FOOD: The italian menu items, the soups, and the salads are great. In fact, I have never tried anything I didn't like.
CONS: Bathrooms are in good condition. If there is a problem, you can tell the manager, and it will be taken care of right away.

Server was very friendly. Food came out hot and fresh. I enjoyed the entire meal and will continue to go back to this location.

I gave the atmosphere a 3 because it was cold in the restaurant. I noticed I was not the only one eating with my jacket on.
Food was delicious! No skimping on the shrimp or chicken!
Gave service a 4 because we did not get our appetizer until after we were served our meal. And it took a while to get a beverage and no refill on the water. I had to give my husband some of my water.

Because we needed extra room and table sitting to accommodate our wheel chair special needs grandchild we had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. We sat for 15 minutes before I asked a greeter/seater if there were wait staff available."Gena" hurried over and babbled something about not knowing she was supposed to get our table of 8. We gave her our drinks, appetizers and food order all at one time because we told her that we had been sitting a long time, the kids were hungry, and we had additional commitments yet to get to. We had to ask for bread sticks, plates for appetizers, new, clean silverware (they looked cruddy). No drink refills, wrong draft beer(it came in a bottle), had to ask a passing waitress for take home boxes.
The only thing that could have made the visit worse would have been a bad meal, but thankfully it was good. A man introduced himself mid meal and said his name was Marcus. Don't know his position, he didn't say, and asked if everything was alright. We told him that this visit was a challenge. Never saw him or "Gena" again. We paid via the table unit and left.
NEVER going back to that location.
