There return policy is bull I didn't give you store credit when I paid cash for it you give me 7 days to return in after the seven days its store credit I'm a need you guys to do better.. I have my receipt in everything has its tags how are going to make someone get store credit what if they don't want anything out your store I'm only 8days in to my receipt with you guys that 7 day thing needs to go away that's not fair people have a busy life in sometimes don't have time to try on the things they buy. I don't want no store credit I want my money back. Like I said I only them for 8days at least give someone 14days to return for cash back then u should do credit will I be able to get my money back since I can't fit three off the outfits I don't want your store credit.

I never been in the store but I guess I won't be cause if I can't return in get my money back after 7days I will not be going I have children in I sometimes forget things this is not a store for me..

I went there on Sept 29 th 2023 and loved it! Got 2 nice pairs of gloves for $4.99! So soft an warm
Bought set of jewelry, got 2 nd st for 50% off. All the girls were wonderful, kind and very helpful. I'm going back in Nov 2023 ! Counting the days! Very organized, clean an many products. Great prices. I highly recommend this Rainbow Shop!

Went to Canton Rainbows on 12/20/23. I had my receipt with original tags. I was told by Customer Service I was not allowed to return & exchange. They told me I had to go back to Barberton. To the original store I purchased it at. I never have had such bad Service. I will not go back and shop at that location.

The manager os a horrible person. I saw her belittling her workers in front of customers. Was yelling at the poor girl no less. Didn't even acted like a manager, is that person even qualified. Then while still yelling a girl cones along and says" Mom what should I price these clothes at." Now mind that this girl IS 16, 17 best. And her "mother just let's her work here. I asked if she does she said no but my mom pays me to help. WHAT!!!! What type of establishment is this that a manager harasses her employees and let's a daughter work under the table PUBLICLY! Never shopping here again!!!!!😡😡😡😡
