Odd mix of good and bad. Clearly a hangout for long time locals as evidenced by all the diners who knew each other and the staff. Wide selection of breakfast foods with relatively unique attributes. However execution was uneven. The cheesy potatoes were so salty, they were almost inedible. There was so much fillings in the omelettes that it was not a surprise the eggs were simply folded and laid on top. On the other hand the oatmeal was good and portions are huge.

Wonderful seasonal menu, which we took advantage of....pumpkin spice cappuccino, pumpkin pancakes- both delicious. All sorts of pancake options and full breakfast menu available. Attentive friendly staff. Nice place.

Not so pleased. I'm a big Samantha's fan, but this one just didn't meet the mark. I got 2 blueberry pancakes, bacon, and hashbrowns, and my bill came out to over $20. Staff serving was nice enough, but the hostess was a little rude. It was also freezing cold to the point that we kept our winter coats on through the meal. Coffee was refilled infrequently and my hasbrowns and bacon were brought out late and cold. Not the Samantha's experience I have cone to expect, but this was the first time I visited this location.

The food is pretty mediocre and bland, with nothing exceptional to it. The cost was pretty high as well in comparison to other breakfast diners in the area, with nothing much to show for it.
The only positive is there was a decent amount of food provided, though I didn't particularly want to eat it after trying.

Very nice, quant, local spot that has a safe homey feel to it. We enjoyed our first brunch here and enjoyed every bite. We will definitely be back soon.
