Andy the store manager was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, even though we had terminated our account with Verizon. He was also very patient with two old folks. We greatly appreciate his efforts on our behalf even though we were no longer a customer.

We went to the Verizon store on Wales Rd.
In Jackson twnshp. Ohio. Andy was a big help with our new phones purchase. He was friendly and explained everything thoroughly and clearly knew what he was talking about. He helped us pick out the best phone for our needs with the best plan. I would highly recommend Andy and this store for anyone who needs a new cellphone. Cindy
